Responses to Conflict
Each day in our lives there are conflicts. Conflicts can arise with your mom, sister, brother, friend, neighbor, unknown person or maybe even your husband or wife. Conflicts usually happen because of a problem internal with the self or external with other people. Situations such as fear, anger, unfairness, and money are basic reasons of conflicts. During life conflicts are bound to happen because there are all types of different people in the world that view things differently than you do. Most conflicts happen when in a relationship. This is the main reason relationships end due to excessive conflicts. Here are ways to resolve some relational conflicts.

With each conflict there are different reactions such as fighting, spitting, foul hand movements or verbal conflicts. These examples are poor immature ways to handle a conflict. Some constructive ways to handle a conflict may consist of: The Exist Response, The Neglect Response, The Loyal Response, and the Voice Response.
